Jesus is the leader of his Church and he has called, qualified, and gifted individuals to imitate Him in the task of caring, guiding, teaching, and serving His people. They are servants who lay down their lives for others, accountable to God and to us.
The following men have been appointed pastors and are charged with leading our church. They serve as equals, assigned various responsibilities that shift according to needs and strengths.
The following men facilitate the ministry of the church. They exercise delegated authority and responsibility, as designated by the pastors. This ensures there are no un-served people and no unmet needs in the church. This also ensures the pastors are able to govern the church and devote themselves to the ministry of the Word and prayer (Acts 6:2-4).
Pastoral Residents / Church Interns
The following individuals serve our church in leadership roles for the purpose of training and evaluation. They are temporary assignments and reflect the investment of our entire church. We believe we are called to equip and deploy the church for ministry.
We currently do not have anyone serving in these roles. If you would like to learn more about how we train leaders and apply, head here and fill out the form.
Our pastors and deacons assemble regularly to coordinate ministry, care for one another, provide a forum for accountability, and to pray together. This is where the ministries of the pastors and deacons intersect.
